For over 34 years, Women’s Health Services has been committed to providing affordable, safe, skilled, compassionate care to all seeking abortion services.

Despite the restrictions on reproductive healthcare in other parts of the country, abortion is protected in Massachusetts. We provide Medical Abortions from 5 to 11 weeks, and Surgical Abortions from 5 up to 25 weeks.

Surgical abortions can be performed with anesthesia, including local anesthesia, conscious sedation, or full anesthesia.

Our telephone counselors are available to schedule appointments within a few days, and review anesthesia options. Same day appointments may be available.

Telephone Counselors are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., to discuss abortion options, answer questions, and schedule appointments in a personalized way. Same-day appointments may be available, but please call between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. to inquire. Most patients can be scheduled within a few days.
