If you are paying out of pocket, because you are uninsured, have employer- excluded abortion coverage or have a high deductible, our hospital-level care, including full anesthesia and abortion procedures to 25 weeks, are all-inclusive and exponentially lower than hospital care. We are the only non-hospital abortion facility in MA, ME, NH, RI, or VT to provide full anesthesia and abortion procedures to 25 weeks.

We offer a reduced fee schedule. Fees vary by procedures type and gestational age. Abortion service fees include the pre-procedure examination, ultrasound, counseling, and a birth control prescription. Costs vary by procedure type and gestational age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discovery, Money Orders or Cash. If you are using a credit or debit card, the card holder must be preset. Personal checks are not accepted.

If you do not have insurance and cannot afford the procedure, financial assistance may be available. Several MA and national organizations provide funding to eligible patients. When you schedule your appointment, our staff can provide contact information for funding organizations. A representative will typically discuss your circumstances with you and explain whether financial assistance is available for some or all of your care.
